Being a YOKE Folk means ... 

  • Committing yourself for one full semester at a time
  • Participating in an interview, providing references, and consenting to a background check
  • Completing ministry and child abuse detection training
  • Leading an after school or evening club once a week at a local middle school
  • Spending two hours per week mentoring kids outside of your weekly club time
  • Helping plan club and Kid Time activities with your team
  • Chaperoning one weekend camp per semester
  • Participating in one YOKE fundraiser per semester
  • Attending one YOKE kick-off event per semester
